Not All Cows Are Created Equal
We know that we are providing the healthiest beef for our customers because we raise our cattle on pure grass without hormones or antibiotics. Grassfed beef is lower in calories, saturated fat and cholesterol than conventionally raised beef. It contains more omega-3 fatty acids than grain-fed beef. It is also high in health-enhancing fats like CLA (conjugated lineolic acid) and rich in antioxidants like vitamins E and C and beta-carotene.
